Please note that the hotel does not accept credit cards. Guests can pay in cash, by bank transfer (in EUR) or by cash card.
Rooms are cleaned every day except on Sundays.
Arrivals in the morning and departures in the afternoon are possible at an additional cost (subject to availability).
Please note that the road between Lech and Warth is closed in winter. The hotel can only be reached via Reutte (B198) or the Bregenz Forest (B200) and Lech and St. Anton are not accessible from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years are charged 20 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.
Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.
